Compose your email message
Set a recurring interval (i.e. every 8 Hours) for how frequently you wish to be reminded to click a link to postpone the sending of your message again for a further interval (i.e. 8 Hours)
Your message will remain unsent as long as you continue to regularly postpone it - it will only ever be sent to its intended recipient(s) if for whatever reason you no longer continue to postpone it
